21 Clubs entered teams of four players in the Inter Club Handicap Shield. The format is 18 holes medal, 3 scores to count and any ties decided on the 4th players card. The Andrews Bowl is awarded for the best gross score of the day.
The weather was fine and the CSS was 74.
The Shield was won by St Austell Golf Club team of Marion Sutton, Mandi Jago, Caryl Gould and Gill Dinnis with an aggregate score of 229. In 2nd place was West Cornwall with 240. In 3rd place was Newquay with 242.
The Andrews Bowl was won by Marion Sutton with a gross 95.(StAustell)

In 1st place handicap was Judy Blaylock (Lanhydrock)
